Meat Rabbits - June 30th - must be born calendar year of sale

Market Chickens - June 10th - cannot exceed 10 weeks of age

Market Turkeys - Must be hatched on or after January 1st of fair year

Meat Goats - 60 days prior to opening day of fair

Market Lamb - 60 days prior to opening day of fair

Market Hog - June 1, 2026 - born on or after January 1st of fair year

Market Steer - April 1, 2026 - no steers over 19 months of age opening day of fair

MARKET ANIMAL Vet Checks Time:

Beef: 2-5:30pm

Poultry: 4:30-6pm

Sheep/Goats: 1:30-6pm

Swine: 11:30am-1:30pm

Rabbits: 3-6:30pm
