Meat Rabbits - June 10th - must be born calendar year of sale

Market Chickens - June 20th - cannot exceed 10 weeks of age

Market Turkeys - Must be hatched on or after January 1st of fair year

Meat Goats - 60 days prior to opening day of fair

Market Lamb - 60 days prior to opening day of fair

Market Hog - June 1, 2025 - born on or after January 1st of fair year

Market Steer - April 1, 2025 - no steers over 19 months of age opening day of fair
